Marianne McKenna, CPA

Marianne has joined GAP Resources with significant consulting and industry expertise in accounting process changes and systems implementations. She recently spearheaded the implementation of a enterprise data warehouse for a global insurance organization; assisted in the process transformation of a distributed finance model to a shared services organization through documentation of all facets of the finance function (AP, AR, Cash Management, Treasury, Inventory, Payroll, Journal Entries and Financial Reporting via SAP); and streamlined asset management processes and accounting.

Marianne held a number of corporate positions within XL Global leading corporate finance initiatives for a financial governance program, establishing processes and standards within their PeopleSoft environment including reducing the global close process and coordinating their US Sarbanes Oxley requirements. Prior to her work at the corporate level, Marianne was the Controller of one of XL Global's subsidiaries, XL Specialty Insurance Company.
