Lisa Crawford, Partner

Lisa brings extensive corporate internal audit and financial reporting experience to GAP Resources. Lisa left her position as Financial Reporting Manager for Unitrin Data Systems, a subsidiary of Unitrin, Inc. to join GAP Resources in 2001. She previously worked in the company’s Internal Audit Department where for five years she focused on financial and operational audits of insurance subsidiaries.

Since joining GAP Resources, LLP in 2001, Lisa has applied her financial reporting and accounting process expertise to a number of high-exposure corporate level initiatives including:

• Sarbanes Oxley (SOx) 404 roll-outs
• SOx 404 optimization projects
• PeopleSoft system implementations
• International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) policy development and implementation.

Lisa has also researched and established accounting processes in changing environments, often acting as a liaison between Finance and IT teams to optimize technology in the Finance arena. Lisa holds a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.
