• PeopleSoft: Implementation/Upgrade experience on PS 8.8 and 8.9, crossing GL, AP, AM, Expense and Payroll modules. Create test scenarios and test scripts. Project management/coordination of testing activities, including conversion/testing of custom interfaces, as well as conversion review/verification. Create and run queries.
• Accounting/Security/Controls: Processing workflows translated into functional specifications with particular expertise on the accounting design/interfaces/reconciliations, as well as, security and control for these systems. Conversion activities include addressing accounting impact.
• Project Management: Documenting meetings, managing constituents, identifying issues and building consensus.
• Divestiture/Acquisition System Cutoffs and Processes: Purchasing or divesting blocks of business require the translation of legal documents to accounting and systems process changes. GAP Resources has significant expertise and knowledge in these areas.
• Business Areas' Systems Implementation Resource: Representing business areas, particularly accounting constituents, within systems implementation teams. Assisting in the communication between the parties to ensure requirements, testing and conversions are completed effectively.
